At Summit Blvd Animal Hospital, wide variety of surgical procedures are performed in a special state of the art surgical suite. We offer conventional surgery as well as laser surgery and electrosurgery for specific procedures. We utilize the newest and safest inhalent anesthetics Isoflurane and Sevoflurane to provide the extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high risk patients. Sevoflurane and Isoflurane are the common anesthetics used in human hospitals for surgery on people.The patient is also continuously monitored using the most modern anesthetic monitoring equipment.

The Dental Surgical Suite.

Blood pressure monitoring, intravenous infusion pump, pulse oximeter, surgical aspiration unit, Surgical CO2 Laser unit and electrosurgical unit are also used at Summit Blvd Animal Hospital. Proper lighting, aseptic procedures, and easy access to drugs and equipment all help to ensure a safe recovery and provide the best surgical care.
